Property Rules

• Maximum 10 guests permitted
• No smoking within the rooms
• Sheesha/hookah prohibited

Additional Rules

• Absolutely no drugs or illigal activities will be tolerated on the premises.
• Guests are expected to keep the property clean and treat it like their own home.
• All provided amenities (electrical gadgets, appliances, fixtures, furnishings, utensils, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels etc) to be carefully handled and not misused. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
• Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
• Ensure that all water taps, gas supply is turned off after use.
• keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night.
• Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock.
• We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property's facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.
• Note:
• In accordance with the Government of Goa requirements, it is mandatory for ALL guests to give me copies of the following documents on arrival:
• For all guests coming from overseas, copies of their
• - passport
• - Indian visa
• - tickets to and from Goa
• For all guests flying in from neighboring cities, copies of their
• - passport or Aadhar card
• - tickets to and from Goa
• For all guests driving into Goa, copies of
• - passport or Aadhar card
• - Driving License
• - car registration number
• Visitors - all visitors must submit their ids whether staying or no. Visitors without ids will not be allowed or will have to vacate the property immediately.
• Guest must take responsibility of the house keys once handed over to them. If the keys are lost a fine of ₹4000 will have to be paid on site that the amount we have to pay to change the full lock set.
