Additional Rules

• - The apartment interiors are mainly made of Pine wood so STRICTLY DO NOT use any item such as match box, lighter , cigarette, hukka etc to avoid Fire hazards.
• We have allotted a nice area in the balcony for smoking.
• - we are located on Pilerne industrial estate road so please expect a vehicle noise if you are seated in the balcony between 10 am to 9 pm.
• mornings Sunrise from the balcony is Beautiful and Magical .
• - The bed is king sized and it's elevated with two steps hence not recommended for those with climbing issues or old people.
• -No drugs and narcotic substances allowed.
• - SMOKING NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. GUESTS CAN SMOKE IN THE BALCONY
• -No extra guests allowed other than those who have officially checkedin.
• -Xerox copy of photo id compulsory at checkin.
• -No prostitution allowed.
• -Please take care of all items inside the villa and enjoy your stay.
• - Strict No Pet Policy
• - Please note as per local Authorities and recent high court rules Loud music/nioses wont be allowed post 9 pm. That incase if any neighbour complains to the authorities of being disturbed by the same with a proof then they can file it as nuisance and involve the local police. Which is why we expect our guest to adhere to this rule.
