100% refund of stay amount if cancelled up to 30 days before check-in
0% refund if cancelled in last 30 days to check-in
Property Rules
- Maximum 6 guests permitted
- Sheesha/hookah prohibited
Additional Rules
- Smoking is allowed only in Balconies and outdoor (designated smoking areas) . Please note guests are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
- Loud noise/music is not allowed after 8pm
- No eating and/or drinking in and around swimming pool area
- swimming pool is accessible from 7am till 7pm
- Strictly no visitors allowed in the apartment other than the registered guests. Only the booked guests will be allowed in the complex. Govt id card copies or its photoes of each guests will be taken at the entrance for our records.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹3000 will be collected from the guests at the time of check in and the same will be returned at the time of checkout (if there are no damages)
- All guests must carry a copy of their Govt id proof and submit it at the time of check in.
- All foreign nationals must submit their visa and passport.
