  • -No drugs and narcotic substances allowed.
  • -No extra guests allowed other than those who have officially checkedin.
  • -Xerox copy of photo id compulsory at checkin.
  • -No prostitution allowed.
  • -Please take care of all items inside the villa and enjoy your stay.
  • -No parties or events to be conducted outside the villa.
  • -No activities which could cause inconvenience and disturbance to neighbours permitted inside the villa.
  • - Strict No Pet Policy
  • - Pool is functional between 8am - 8pm daily. Post this the guests will not be allowed to use the swimming pool.
